How do I book a session at Life Sparc?

Booking a session is simple.
For individual treatments (Indian Head Massage or Relaxation Packages), contact us directly via email to schedule your appointment. This is so I can check the availability of the yurt.

For group sessions (women’s circle, yoga), full payment is required at the time of booking. This can be completed online.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit to Life Sparc is all about creating a comfortable and welcoming space for you. We’ll begin with a brief consultation to understand your needs and any specific areas of focus. Whether you're here for a massage, yoga, or a retreat, our goal is to ensure you leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and reconnected with yourself.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to someone else in need of care. If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, deposits are non-refundable.

We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal and card payments via Stripe.
